Dear Customer,

The growing reports of Corona Virus (COVID-19) are giving rise to concerns of its potential impact on local. national and international business operations.  At Ross Bindery, we want to assure you that we are taking common sense precautions to protect our employees and visitors while aggressively working with our supply chain partners to meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

At this time, we do not foresee any disruption in our ability to serve you.  Our material supply chain and manufacturing operations are designed to provide business continuity.  We primarily work with domestic suppliers and have an abundance of mission critical materials available.  In addition, Ross Bindery is engaging supply chain partners to assess potential changes to anticipate and minimize future disruptions.

Our employees are being coached to protect themselves and protect others by washing their hands with soap and water often, using a hand sanitizer that contains at least 60% alcohol, avoiding the touching of their eyes, nose and mouth, cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces several times a day, avoiding direct physical contact with others (handshakes included), putting at least three feet between themselves and others, eliminating all unnecessary travel and out of office visits, reducing the number of meetings called and attended, staying at home if sick, covering coughs and sneezes with a tissue or arm and throwing away used tissues immediately.

Understanding that this is an evolving situation, Ross Bindery is committed to following the guidance of both local and national health organization recommendations and guidelines.  Thank you for making us a trusted partner.
